1. Scope

These terms govern B2B transactions between PrintParts Pro and professional buyers (distributors, wholesalers, workshops, cross-border sellers) in North America, the UK and the EU. No retail sales.

2. Quotations & Orders

• Quotations are valid 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Orders confirmed in writing (email/PO) are binding after deposit.
• Prices are FOB factory unless Incoterms state otherwise.

3. MOQ & Mixed Batch

Minimum order quantities vary by part (see product page). Mixed-SKU containers are supported to lower buyer risk.

4. Payment

• T/T: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
• L/C at sight for qualified buyers.
• Sample / tooling fees per agreed policy.

5. Lead Time & Logistics

Standard production 15–35 days; samples ~7 days. Sea freight to LA / Hamburg / Rotterdam; DHL samples 3–5 days.

6. Intellectual Property

Customer-owned tooling and designs are kept confidential under NDA and never reused for third parties.

7. Quality & Liability

Goods are industrial B2B components. Liability is limited to replacement/refund of defective batches per QC standard and Incoterms. Excludes misuse and wear.

8. Governing Law

Disputes resolved by negotiation, then arbitration under ICC rules. EU consumer law does not apply (B2B only).
