• Inquiry data: name, company, email, country, product/OE number, vehicle, quantity and attached files.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited (via analytics & cookies).
• Communication records for after-sales support.

We use strictly-necessary, analytics and preference cookies. EU visitors must actively accept or reject non-essential cookies via the banner before they are set. You can change your choice any time by clearing site data.

• To reply to quotations and manage orders (12h response commitment).

5. Sampling & Tooling Policy

• Sampling lead time: ~7 working days after drawing confirmation.
• Sample cost: free or charged depending on tooling; refundable against mass order.
• Tooling (): owned by customer once paid; not reused for third parties.

6. Customization Rules

• : private label, logo print, custom packaging.
• : custom design & tooling under NDA available.
• All custom specs confirmed in writing before production.

7. Quality Control, Returns & Replacement

• 100% outgoing inspection; third-party SGS available.
• Defective goods: replace or refund per agreed QC standard and Incoterms.
• No retail returns — B2B batch quality claims handled per contract.

8. Industrial Product After-Sales

Printer parts are industrial B2B goods. Warranty covers manufacturing defects confirmed by QC, not wear-and-tear or misuse. Claims require photos, batch number and test report.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

EU users may request access, correction, deletion, portability and objection of their data by emailing sales@printerpartsfactory.com. We respond within 30 days.
